This app stinks

Why cant you play cut throat? Noone ALWAYS wants to play partners. And surprisingly youre partner always cuts your cards and blocks the game when you have 4+ dominoes in your hand. No one who is playing partners and had a scoring system like this would do that logically. Im sorry I paid for this app its a rip off.
